Jaggery / Gur (cane & palm)

Cumin seeds / Jeera (whole & roasted)

How to Cook
01

Steam rice

Cook rice until fluffy and separate.

Tip — Do not overcook.

Whisk kadhi

Whisk curd, besan and water until smooth.

Tip — Prevent lumps.

Simmer

Cook gently with cumin and jaggery.

Tip — Do not aggressively boil.

Serve

Plate rice with hot kadhi.
