The Three Jewels · Ratnatraya
The Ratnatraya — the Three Jewels of Jainism — are the path to liberation: freedom from the distortions that cause harm, accumulate ignorance, and produce suffering. The precise Jain terms are Samyak Darshana (right faith — correct perception of reality), Samyak Jnana (right knowledge — accurate understanding including awareness of its limits), and Samyak Charitra (right conduct — action that flows from faith and knowledge, not habit or convenience).
They are three facets of a single awakening. You cannot truly hold one without cultivating the others. Everything Aadaten builds is evaluated against all three — simultaneously, without compromise.

Nirav watched. He learned. And decades later, when he built a restaurant and then a festival and then a brand, he was simply building the infrastructure for a truth his mother had already lived. Nirav Shah did not plan to build India's first Jain lifestyle ecosystem. He planned to live well — guided by the values his mother had given him, applied through a career that moved across some of the most demanding industries in the world. The ecosystem was the destination that the values made inevitable.

Funshalla — Asia's Largest No-Gadget Play Zone
Built Asia's largest no-gadget play zone — 200+ activities, over 3,600 birthday parties, partnerships with 676 Mumbai schools, HDFC, Mumbai Police, and MCGM. Funshalla was the proof of concept for Aadaten's deepest belief: a counter-cultural idea, executed with absolute commitment to community, becomes a movement. The world thought no-gadget play was niche. The children disagreed — loudly, happily.
All in 1 Pure Jain — the restaurant that started everything
Launched during a global pandemic. Reached break-even in two months. The All in 1 Pure Jain restaurant was his mother's philosophy, given a kitchen, a menu, and an address. Every dish made with devotion and discipline, carrying the purity of a Jain upbringing and the love he aspired to share. The restaurant proved the concept: people were hungry — not just for food, but for something they could trust completely.
Jain Food Festival — the movement that reached the masses
The first Jain Food Festival Exhibition launched in November 2024 — and it was a revelation. Not just a food event, but a cultural statement: that Jain living is joyful, modern, communal, and proud. The response was beyond anything anticipated. From that first festival, Aadaten committed to an exhibition every two months, and has kept that commitment without exception. Seven successful exhibitions, each one larger, richer, and more deeply trusted than the last. The concept, as Nirav would say, got more shares than likes — the greatest proof that something is genuinely true.

Jain philosophy holds that the natural world is not ours to consume — it is ours to care for. Every sentient and non-sentient being in the ecosystem deserves our consideration. This is not environmentalism as a trend. It is ahimsa extended to the earth itself, practised for 2,500 years before the word "sustainability" existed in any marketing lexicon.
Every ingredient we carry is sourced from certified organic and unadulterated producers. We require ethical sourcing as a prerequisite for listing, not as a premium option. The Jain diet is, by definition, the most rigorous ethical sourcing standard available: plant-based, organic, unadulterated, mindfully consumed. We do not build a standard — we apply one that already exists, verified and enforced.
We work with small, home-run, and artisan producers who grow and make with care that industrial supply chains cannot replicate. Their relationship with the land is one of stewardship. Aadaten exists, in part, to give those producers the audience and the economics that their integrity deserves.
