Ingredients
Full cream milk
300 ml
Milk powder (whole / skimmed)
20 g
Sugar (white / refined)
35 g
Cardamom / Elaichi (green & black)
0.3 g
Nuts
8 g
Saffron / Kesar
a pinch
How to Cook
01

Reduce

Simmer milk until reduced and creamy.

Tip — Stir frequently.

Flavour

Add sugar, milk powder, cardamom and saffron.

Tip — Dissolve fully.

Freeze

Pour into moulds and freeze until firm.

04

Serve

Temper briefly, unmould and garnish.
