How to Cook
01

Prep the Rasgullas:

• Take the rasgullas and gently squeeze out the sugar syrup. (You want them soft, but not dripping.) • Optional: Soak in chilled water for 2–3 mins, then squeeze again to remove extra sweetness.

02

Set the Stage:

• Place rasgullas on a plate or bowl, slightly flatten them if needed.

03

Layer the Love:

• Pour curd generously over the rasgullas. • Drizzle green and tamarind chutneys on top.

04

Add That Chaat Magic:

• Sprinkle roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, rock salt, and chaat masala.

05

Top It Off:

• Add pomegranate, coriander, and any optional toppings you love.

06

Serve Chilled & Fresh:

• It tastes best cold — soft, juicy, sweet-savory-spicy all in one bite.
