Besan / Chickpea flour
45 g
Green chutney
25 g
Dry chutney
10 g
OIL

How to Cook
01

Make vada

Mash cooked raw banana with spices, shape and coat in besan batter.

Tip — Keep batter medium-thick.

Fry

Fry until crisp and golden.

Tip — Keep oil temperature consistent.

Toast

Lightly toast pav and add verified chutneys.
