1. Aadaten's Commitment

Aadaten Private Limited is committed to ensuring that its digital Platform at www.aadaten.com and Aadaten mobile applications are accessible to all users, including persons with disabilities, in accordance with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (RPWD Act) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.

2. Current Accessibility Status

Aadaten is actively working towards WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance across the Platform. Current measures include: meaningful image alt text on product listings; keyboard-navigable main menu and checkout; sufficient colour contrast on primary UI elements; screen-reader compatible product descriptions; and mobile accessibility in the Aadaten app.

3. Known Limitations

Some areas of the Platform are still being improved for accessibility:

Older product listing images may not have complete alt text (ongoing migration).

Some PDF documents linked from the Platform may not be fully screen-reader compatible.

Video content (Reels, product demos) may not have captions (closed captioning is being progressively added).
